Regular international deliveries are 8-12 days. Shipping is also free no matter where you are.

To ensure peace of mind, every shipment includes a comprehensive tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey from our door to yours. We are committed to providing real-time updates so you know exactly when to expect your new signature scent. If for any reason the courier decides to change your tracking number and gives a new one, you will receive an updated email about your new tracking number on time.

The packaging will consist of protective materials & the tester bottle will depend and vary on the brand. At Maison Éclat, we strive to make our brand image more recognizable, therefore most tester bottles will look different as we use our own bottles ensuring that the liquid / fragrance inside is from the correct product that you order with 100% authenticity guaranteed.

We have three warehouses that we primarily ship from. America, Europe (France), and Asia (Kazakhstan)

Depending on your location and the availability of the item. We will choose one of the warehouse location located nearest to you that have the item in stock. This logistical warehouse route ensures free & fast delivery to where ever you are internationally.

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible.

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and untampered
• In its original, brand-new condition
• In its original packaging, exactly as it was delivered

Items that have been opened, used, sprayed, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for a return. We inspect all returned items upon arrival.

How to Start a Return
Simply send us an email at support@maisoneclatscent.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with your return instructions and a prepaid tracking label.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered - no questions asked. Contact us at support@maisoneclatscent.com with a photo of the damage and we will provide a free return shipping label and either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Orders can be changed or cancelled as long as they have not been dispatched. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at support@maisoneclatscent.com with your order number and the changes you'd like to make.
