Depending on your specific location, delivery typically takes between 10 and 25 business days. To ensure peace of mind, every shipment includes a comprehensive tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey from our door to yours. We are committed to providing real-time updates so you know exactly when to expect your new signature scent. If for any reason the courier decides to change your tracking number and gives a new one, you will receive an updated email about your new tracking number on time.

The packaging will consist of protective materials & the tester bottle will depend and vary on the brand. At Maison Éclat, we strive to make our brand image more recognizable, therefore most tester bottles will look different as we use our own bottles ensuring that the liquid / fragrance inside is from the correct product that you order with 100% authenticity guaranteed.

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible.

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and untampered
• In its original, brand-new condition
• In its original packaging, exactly as it was delivered

Items that have been opened, used, sprayed, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for a return. We inspect all returned items upon arrival. Please read our return / refund policy for more information

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered - no questions asked. Contact us at maisoneclatscent@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and we will provide a free return shipping label and either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Items Not As Described

Items that are not as described on our listing / website will automatically make you eligible for a free hassle-return.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Will my order come with the new packaging?
As we roll out our updated look and transition our inventory, online orders may temporarily include a mix of both old and newly designed packaging from the brand.
