If for any reason the courier decides to change your tracking number and gives a new one, you will receive an updated email about your new tracking number on time.

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible.

• In its original packaging, exactly as it was delivered

Damaged or Defective Items
