We have three warehouses that we primarily ship from. America, Europe (France), and Asia (Kazakhstan)

Depending on your location and the availability of the item. We will choose one of the warehouse location located nearest to you that have the item in stock. This logistical warehouse route ensures free & fast delivery to where ever you are internationally.

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered - no questions asked. Contact us at support@maisoneclatscent.com with a photo of the damage and we will provide a free return shipping label and either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Items Not As Described

Items that are not as described on our listing / website will automatically make you eligible for a free hassle-return.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
