Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible.

If you opened an item and the item is not as described. you can still return the item  as long as you file a return request within 30 calendar days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered - no questions asked. Contact us at support@maisoneclatscent.com with a photo of the damage and we will provide a free return shipping label and either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Items Not As Described

Items that are not as described on our listing / website will automatically make you eligible for a free hassle-return.

Refund / Return Processing
After requesting a return, you will receive a resolution within 24 to 72 hours, which may include a full refund without needing to send the item back. If a physical return is required, we will inspect it within 5 to 7 business days of item delivery and issue your full refund as long as there are no underlying issues.
