How long does shipping take?

Depending on your specific location, delivery typically takes between 10 and 21 business days. To ensure peace of mind, every shipment includes a comprehensive tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey from our door to yours. We are committed to providing real-time updates so you know exactly when to expect your new signature scent.
Is the products authentic?
We understand that authenticity is the most important factor when purchasing high-end perfumes. We guarantee that every fragrance / perfume products you see on the store is 100% authentic and original. We do not deal in "inspired" scents or replicas. Our reputation is built on providing the real deal at accessible prices. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations or arrive in the condition promised, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Your satisfaction and confidence in our products are our highest priorities.

How does a return work?

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and untampered
- In its original, brand-new condition
- In its original packaging, exactly as it was delivered
Items that have been opened, used, sprayed, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for a return. We inspect all returned items upon arrival.
How to Start a Return
Simply send us an email at maisoneclat@email.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with your return instructions and a prepaid tracking label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered - no questions asked. Contact us at maisoneclat@email.com with a photo of the damage and we will provide a free return shipping label and either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
