1. OVERVIEW
At Maison Éclat, we take great care in preparing every luxury fragrance order for transit. We want your experience - from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door - to be seamless, transparent, and worthy of the products inside. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our processes, timelines, and commitments.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched from our facility within 2 to 5 business days of order confirmation. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian federal and Alberta provincial statutory holidays.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any such delays promptly.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Depending on your specific location within Canada or internationally, delivery typically takes between 10 and 21 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and remote location accessibility.
Maison Éclat is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
4. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Every order shipped by Maison Éclat includes a comprehensive tracking number at no additional cost to you. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real time.
We are committed to providing you with up-to-date visibility so you know exactly where your order is and when to expect your new signature scent. If you experience any difficulty tracking your order, please contact us at maisoneclat@email.com and we will assist you promptly.
5. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to most countries internationally (200+ countries worldwide!)
If your destination is not currently serviced, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Shipping fee is on us and we ensure that our buyers receive free shipping as advertised.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees for international shipments. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected or controlled by Maison Éclat.
7. PACKAGING
We take pride in ensuring that every order arrives in pristine condition. All Maison Éclat orders are carefully packaged using protective materials designed to safeguard your fragrance during transit. Our packaging reflects the luxury standard of the products inside.
8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Maison Éclat is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbours, building management, or other members of your household.
- Contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- Reaching out to us at maisoneclat@email.com so we can assist in investigating the matter with the carrier.
9. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do the following:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product before opening or discarding anything.
- Contact us at maisoneclat@email.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photographs.
We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
10. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Maison Éclat is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at maisoneclat@email.com - We will make every effort to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising in connection with shipping shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, sitting in Calgary.
