We have three warehouses that we primarily ship from. America, Europe (France), and Asia (Kazakhstan)

Depending on your location and the availability of the item. We will choose one of the warehouse location located nearest to you that have the item in stock. This logistical warehouse route ensures free & fast delivery to where ever you are internationally.

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible.

If you opened an item and the item is not as described. you can still return the item as long as you file a return request within 14 calendar days.

Damaged or Defective Items
